Refund policy

Refunds: Eligible within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Exchanges: Allowed within 14 days of delivery.

Start Returns/Exchanges: Submit a request via our Return Portal or email within the eligible window.

Exclusions: Engraved or customized pieces, promotional items, and sale/clearance items are non-returnable.

Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection, refunds issued (minus shipping fees if any) within 2 business days.

Return Shipping: Customers cover initial return shipping. If replacing due to defect or error, we’ll provide return label and ship a replacement.
